TPS is an all-seasons property maintenance company and we are always looking for team members that want to be part of our growing company!

We maintain lawn and gardens in the summer and take care of snow removal in the winter.

Some responsibilities include: Grass cutting, lawn care, sod installation, landscaping, flower planting, tree removal, gardening, and mulch installation. 

Requirements:  

• Physically fit in order to perform tasks
• Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions
• Able to work well within a team environment in a fast-paced and positive environment
• Attention to detail, good communication, and punctuality is a must
• Transportation to and from the yard (Elgin Mills & Hwy 48) 

Experience:

• Min 1-year experience working with lawn maintenance is preferred
• Ability to use trimmer, blower, and mower is important
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer is preferred but. not essential
• A clean driving record is required for all "Crew Leaders"

Typical scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm
